If it is, Support will provide instructions for returning the item. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. You may be required to submit evidence of defect before a product is approved for replacement under your complimentary warranty. Warranties are valid only for the original buyer and are not transferable. Complimentary warranties do not include damage caused by user error, loss, or theft.
30 Day Guarantee: All products (unless specifically stated elsewhere) carry an implied, industry standard 30 Day warranty, from the date of purchase, against defects due to manufacturing error or defective failure. The warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer or user loss or damage.
